Product information on the site is provided to introduce our products. Images are illustrations; the actual appearance and packaging of a product may differ.

For ingredients, allergens, storage conditions, shelf life and preparation instructions, the information on the label on the product packaging prevails. Please read the label before use, especially if you have a food allergy.

Preparation times are approximate and may vary depending on the equipment and the quantity.

The English, Russian and Chinese texts of the site are translations provided for information. In the event of any discrepancy, the Mongolian text prevails.

Products are not sold through the site. Products are purchased in shops and shopping centres, and each purchase is subject to the terms of the seller concerned.

The list of points of sale in the “Where to buy” section is based on our records, and the availability of products at a given point of sale may change.

The Hoolloy name and logo, and the images, videos, texts and recipes on the site, are the property of Hoolloy or of parties that have granted Hoolloy permission to use them. Copying, distributing or using them for commercial purposes without our written permission is prohibited.

When using the “Feedback” form and the job application form, you must:

• provide accurate information;
• not submit information on behalf of another person without that person’s consent;
• not send spam, abusive content or malicious code.

We may choose not to reply to messages that breach these requirements. Personal data submitted through the forms is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The site contains links to partner organisations, Google Maps and social networks. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those sites.

We strive to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, and we correct errors when they are found. We do not guarantee that the site will operate without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of the site.

This provision does not limit the rights granted to you by the Consumer Protection Law of Mongolia.

We accept suggestions and complaints about our products and services through the site’s “Feedback” form, at info@hoolloy.com or by phone at +976 7270 1110. When making a product complaint, stating the product name, the production date and the place of purchase will help us resolve it.

These terms are governed by the legislation of Mongolia. The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute through negotiation; if they are unable to resolve it, the dispute will be settled by the courts of Mongolia.

We may update these terms when necessary. The date of the update is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change is deemed acceptance of the new terms.
