Information you submit yourself:

• “Feedback” form: full name, email address, phone number, request type, message;
• Job application form: the selected position, full name, phone number, email address (optional), a short introduction.

Information generated automatically when you use the site:

• the IP address of your device and the country determined from it — used to suggest a suitable language to you; we do not store them;
• the hosting provider’s technical server logs (IP address, browser, time of access).

When you press the “Use my location” button, your location is used only within your browser to calculate the distance to nearby shops. Your location is not sent to our server.

The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

• to respond to your feedback and complaints;
• to review job applications and contact you about the selection process;
• to operate the site and ensure its security.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising purposes.

By submitting a form, you are deemed to consent to the processing of that information for the purposes above. When a job application form is submitted, a separate consent box is ticked. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the address given in section 7.

To operate the site, the following service providers access or transmit your information:

• Amazon Web Services (USA): site hosting, video hosting, sending form emails;
• Microsoft 365: receiving and storing emails sent through the forms;
• OpenStreetMap: when map images are loaded, your IP address is visible to them.

Form emails are sent through Amazon Web Services servers in the USA, so your information is transferred across the borders of Mongolia. Except where required by law, we do not disclose your information to third parties.

The site itself does not store form data in a database. The information arrives in our mailbox as email; feedback and job applications are kept for 1 month from receipt, after which they are deleted.

You have the following rights regarding your information:

• to know what information we hold about you and to obtain a copy;
• to have inaccurate information corrected;
• to have your information deleted;
• to withdraw your consent.

Please send your request to info@hoolloy.com. We will respond within the period set by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant competent authority.

The site stores only the following information in your browser’s storage:

• the selected colour mode (light or dark);
• the selected language and a marker not to show the language suggestion again.

This information is not used to identify you, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

Job applications are to be submitted by persons aged 18 or over. If a person under that age wishes to send feedback, please do so with the consent of a parent or guardian.

All connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Form data is not written to server logs and is sent by email only to our mailbox.

We may update this policy when necessary. The date of the update is shown at the top of the page.
